When someone you work with wants to sell, buy or value a gas station, c-store, truck stop or grocery, send them to people who do only that. We handle the deal work and keep you in the loop, so your client is looked after and you stay their trusted advisor.

Short answer

Email or call Stasi with your client’s name, contact and what they need, or have them start a confidential value range or buyer search on this site and mention your name. We reach out only when you or your client say it’s OK, and everything stays confidential.

Who refers clients to us

  • Business brokers and commercial agents who get a fuel or c-store listing outside their usual work
  • Attorneys handling an estate, a partnership split, a lease or a supply dispute where the station may be sold
  • CPAs and bookkeepers whose clients are thinking about retiring, selling or buying a second location
  • Lenders with a borrower who needs a buyer, or a buyer who needs a deal
  • Fuel suppliers and jobbers with a dealer who wants out, or a site that needs a new operator
  • Insurance agents, equipment and tank contractors who hear first when an owner is ready to move on
  • Owners we have worked with who send friends and family our way

What we handle for your client

We focus on fuel and convenience businesses and the real estate that comes with them. For a seller, that means a confidential value range, preparing the numbers buyers ask for, quiet marketing to buyers who have signed our NDA (about 1,700 so far), screening for proof of funds, and support through the letter of intent, due diligence and closing. For a buyer, it means matching listings, help reading the numbers, and introductions to lenders, attorneys, title and insurance firms we trust.

Our step-by-step guides are written so you can send them to a client: how to sell, the sale checklist, how to buy, SBA loans and environmental due diligence.

How to make an introduction

  1. Send us the basics. Email Stasi or call (786) 886-4666 with your client’s name, how to reach them, the business type and city, and whether they are buying or selling.
  2. Or point your client here. They can get a confidential value range, tell us what they want to buy, or start a chat, and mention your name.
  3. We follow up with care. A real person reaches out, only with permission, and we keep you as involved as your client wants.

What to send us

  • Client name and best phone or email
  • Business type (gas station, c-store, truck stop, grocery, car wash) and city or state
  • Buying, selling, or just wants to know what the business is worth
  • Whether they own the real estate or lease it, if you know
  • Anything sensitive we should know: timing, partners, a lender or supplier situation
  • Whether it’s OK for us to contact them directly

No paperwork or financials needed to start. We ask for those later, under an NDA.

Partner with GPA

Our buyers and sellers regularly ask who we recommend for SBA and conventional loans, closing attorneys, title, insurance, environmental work and fuel supply. Firms that serve this industry well appear on our Preferred Partners page, where visitors can ask us for an introduction.

If you are a lender, attorney, CPA, title or insurance firm or fuel supplier and want to work together, email Stasi with a short note on who you serve and where.

Frequently asked questions

Will you contact my client without asking?
No. We reach out only after you or your client tell us it’s OK, and we never share their details with anyone else.
What kinds of businesses do you handle?
Gas stations, convenience stores, truck stops, grocery stores and similar businesses, with or without the real estate, across the United States.
Do you work with buyers as well as sellers?
Yes. Buyers can tell us what they are looking for, see matching listings, and get introductions to lenders and other partners.
Can my client stay anonymous at first?
Yes. Sellers can get a value range and talk with us confidentially before deciding anything. Buyers sign an NDA before seeing details of a listing.
How do I get my firm on the Preferred Partners page?
Email Stasi at [email protected] with who you serve and where. We list firms our clients can rely on.
